Triangle Equities Completes Mixed-Use Development in Flushing
Commercial Observer
Triangle Equities has completed construction on its mixed-use development at 42-05 Parsons Boulevard in Flushing, Queens. The nine-story, 30,000-square-foot building features a blend of residential and commercial condominium units, with retail and office space on the lower floors and 14 condos on the upper levels—including two three-bedroom penthouse units. All residences were quickly absorbed by the market upon completion.
The project began as a distressed asset; Triangle acquired a non-performing loan on the property when it was roughly 85% complete and subsequently finished the development. This strategic repositioning underscores the firm’s expertise in bringing stalled or value-add projects to market-ready status.
As an early example of Triangle Equities’ mixed-use footprint in Queens, this project highlights the company’s adaptive reuse capabilities and appetite for strategic investments in high-growth New York City neighborhoods.
