Triangle Equities and Incline Capital have secured nearly $134 million in recapitalization financing for The Crossings at Brick Church Station, a transformative mixed-use development in downtown East Orange. With leasing underway for 400 new apartments and retail space anchored by ShopRite adjacent to NJ Transit’s Brick Church Station, this milestone advances the first phase of a project poised to deliver roughly 1,000 homes and more than 200,000 sq ft of retail and community space.
