Source: NY1
Triangle Equities’ $200 million Lighthouse Point development on Staten Island’s North Shore continues to advance, with NY1 reporting that co-working company Regus has signed on as the anchor tenant for the project’s 65,000-square-foot commercial component. At the time of this announcement, approximately half of the retail and office space had already been leased, signaling strong market interest.
The development, located directly adjacent to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal, includes a mix of residential units, commercial space, and waterfront public amenities. Phase One is underway and includes both the residential tower and retail/office podium, with all approvals and funding already in place.
Triangle also confirmed future plans for a full-service hotel and restoration of the site’s historic U.S. Lighthouse Depot buildings, reinforcing the project’s long-term commitment to creating a multifaceted, transit-oriented community hub in St. George.
