Triangle Equities achieved a major milestone with the groundbreaking of Lighthouse Point, a $200 million mixed-use development on Staten Island's North Shore. Nearly a decade in planning, the project brings new life to the storied waterfront parcel adjacent to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal, reinforcing the area's status as a gateway neighborhood.

Phase 1 of the project includes 115 residential units, approximately 30,000 square feet of retail, 30,000 square feet of coworking and office space, a 300-space public parking garage, and over an acre of programmable waterfront open space. The development blends adaptive reuse of landmark structures with new construction, reflecting both historic preservation and modern placemaking.

Lighthouse Point’s transit-oriented design and blend of residential, commercial, and public uses position it as a cornerstone of broader revitalization efforts on Staten Island’s North Shore, setting the stage for increased economic activity and community engagement for years to come.
