Asset Management

As longterm investor-operators, Triangle approaches each project with the goal of maximizing value throughout an investment's lifecycle. Our portfolio of active and completed investments demonstrates deep understanding of the geographic areas and asset classes that we invest in. We continually review business plans and evaluate opportunities that will improve operating income to increase asset value.


Our talented and knowledgable team of leasing, capital markets, accounting and operations professionals have extensive industry experience - enabling effective management of the assets entrusted to our firm - and are committed to Triangle's goal of fulfilling community needs and generating investor returns.

Property Management

Our firm employs a team of in-house property management professionals and oversees third-party management firms, depending on asset class and location. This approach allows Triangle to ensure that day-to-day management is conducted with the greatest level of attention and service to the buildings and their tenants. Additionally, Triangle contracts a group of highly-rated vendors and maintenance professionals, many of whom have worked closely with our firm for years or decades.


Together, our teams diligently maintain and oversee the daily operations of more than 1.5 million square feet of mixed-use, retail, residential, warehouse, government and education facilities, and storage space across the New York metropolitan area.
