In a strategic move to extend its co-working presence across New York City’s outer boroughs, IWG’s Spaces has leased 26,000 square feet at Triangle Equities’ transformative Lighthouse Point development on Staten Island’s North Shore. The waterfront project—located steps from the Staten Island Ferry—integrates residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial components within a $231 million mixed-use campus.
Spaces’ commitment to Lighthouse Point marks the brand’s first Staten Island location and reflects growing demand for flexible office environments beyond Manhattan. The lease brings critical activation to the commercial podium of the development, which is designed to support local entrepreneurs, freelancers, and growing small businesses.
