Healthcare Facility and Dialysis Center Join Triangle Plaza Hub in South Bronx
Commercial Observer
Triangle Equities continues to advance its mission of transformative community development with new healthcare tenants at Triangle Plaza Hub, an 88,000-square-foot, $35 million mixed-use complex in the South Bronx. As reported in Commercial Observer, nonprofit provider Brightpoint Health has signed a 20-year lease for 16,000 square feet on the building’s second floor, while DaVita Dialysis Center secured a 20-year, 8,900-square-foot lease on the ground floor. These additions bring the project close to full occupancy and expand much-needed medical services within the borough.
Previously anchored by a Fine Fare supermarket and Metropolitan College of New York’s Bronx campus relocation, Triangle Plaza Hub is fast becoming a vital institutional and commercial hub in the heart of the South Bronx. The project was built on a former municipal parking lot and includes an 8,000-square-foot public plaza, fostering community connection and green urban space.
Designed to meet LEED Silver standards, the development integrates sustainability and accessibility and emphasizes Triangle Equities' commitment to delivering neighborhood-enhancing infrastructure within historically underserved areas.
