Triangle Equities has signed a lease for a 7,000-square-foot fresh food market at Lighthouse Point, the developer’s transformative waterfront project adjacent to the St. George Ferry Terminal. The market, located within the project's 65,000-square-foot commercial base, will provide healthy, affordable grocery options in a neighborhood designated as a “food desert” by the USDA. The site will offer residents and commuters easy access to produce, prepared foods, and other essentials, supported by 300-car public parking.

This new lease aligns with Lighthouse Point’s mission to enhance quality of life through robust community programming and amenities. Alongside Spaces, the co-working arm of IWG, and a mix of retail and office tenants, the fresh market contributes to the development’s position as a destination for live-work-play on Staten Island’s North Shore. Lighthouse Point also features 115 residential units (20% affordable), a 175-room Westin hotel, and revitalized public access to the waterfront.
