

Terminal Logistics Center
Terminal Logistics Center is a best-in-class, mixed-use industrial and self-storage development with prime location at the doorstep of JFK international airport. The self-storage was developed and sold to SafeGuard, a national operator.
The multi-story industrial building features approximately 30 truck bays across two levels, and an exterior ramp provides access for semi-trucks to the second level. The project’s location adjacent to John F. Kennedy Airport attracted an air cargo/air services tenant, to whom 100% of the space is leased.

Maximized development potential on a 3-acre site adjacent to JFK International Airport, the NYC metropolitan area’s busiest air cargo hub. The project required strategic planning to optimize space for high-value, mission-critical operations while navigating stringent airport-adjacent restrictions and logistical complexities.


The Results
Five-level, 500K SF facility near JFK Airport
Delivered best-in-class, five-level mixed-use building spanning 500,000 square feet, including 300,000 square feet of climate-controlled industrial space tailored for a major airport service tenant. The facility supports mission-critical operations and capitalizes on the site’s irreplaceable proximity to JFK Airport.
