Overview

Terminal Logistics Center is a best-in-class, mixed-use industrial and self-storage development with prime location at the doorstep of JFK international airport. The self-storage was developed and sold to SafeGuard, a national operator.


The multi-story industrial building features approximately 30 truck bays across two levels, and an exterior ramp provides access for semi-trucks to the second level. The project’s location adjacent to John F. Kennedy Airport attracted an air cargo/air services tenant, to whom 100% of the space is leased.

The project required strategic planning to optimize space for high-value, mission-critical operations while navigating stringent airport-adjacent restrictions and logistical complexities.
