Originally a distressed asset, the property was strategically recapitalized by Triangle Equities, unlocking essential financing for comprehensive site renovations and targeted tenant improvements to facilitate leasing and long-term stabilization.

Through proactive management, full occupancy and operational stability were achieved. The partnership ultimately realizing a successful exit from the investment in 2019.
