Overview

Phase 1b is the second of three phases of the master-planned, transit-oriented Crossings redevelopment in East Orange, NJ and will create 420 new multifamily homes and 111,000 square feet of community serving commercial uses. Phase 1b builds on the success of Phase 1 and firmly cements The Crossings at Brick Church as a "center of place" in vibrant East Orange, NJ. 


The project continues Phase 1's robust community benefits, including local construction hiring, union and open-shop construction skills training, local retail hiring, streetscape beautification efforts, job creation, and support of existing retailers in the neighborhood.
