Overview

Redevelopment of a former multi-level retail building into state-of-the-art sales, service, delivery center for Tesla.

The existing building was reimagined to enable 2nd floor vehicle access. Through the demolition and combination of previously subdivided spaces, construction of 250 foot vehicular ramp, slab strengthening and infill, the redeveloped building allows for vehicle operation throughout entire interior. Additionally, given significant settlement that had occurred at the site over 30 years, all site work was reconstructed to ensure accessibility.
