Lighthouse Point

Overview

Lighthouse Point is the product of a public-private partnership with the City of New York. Triangle Equities was selected through an RFP process run by the NYC Economic Development Corporation (EDC) for development of mixed residential and commercial uses creating a transit-oriented destination with direct connection to the Staten Island Ferry.


The first phase of the project delivered 115-units of mixed-income housing above a 65,000 SF commercial building featuring community serving uses. 25% of the rental units are affordable to households earning between 40% and 130% of AMI. Additionally, a parking structure of over 250 spaces provides ample parking for the project’s users, as well as local commuters.
