Capital Prep Bronx
Located in Co-op City in the Bronx, 755 Co-Op Blvd. is home to the Bronx campus for Capital Prep Charter School as well as a branch of Municipal Credit Union.
The building consists of 40,000 square feet of space on the first floor, as well as a full basement of classroom and support space for the school.

Provide Capital Prep with an ability to gradually expand during their growth phase to allow for stable operational school environment.
The Results
Secured Long-Term Lease Supporting School Growth
Structured a long term lease with Capital Prep coordinated with their anticipated space needs over the first 3 years of the lease. Beginning with expansion in the building basement and eventually taking over the MCU lease at end of it's term. The school's repurposing of the existing building provides a cost effective way for them to serve the full scope of their charter.
