Bronx DMV

Reconfiguration of a former Cadillac dealership, built-to-suit the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. The DMV serves as the building's sole tenant. The building was structurally reinforced to provide rooftop parking for the DMV.

The location serves as the only DMV in the Bronx and is located amidst various cultural attractions, including the Bronx Zoo, New York Botanical Gardens, Arthur Avenue and is located across the street from Fordham University.
